Terms of Service in Manhattan, NY 10024

Last Updated: 10/31/2026

What Standard Porta Potty Rental Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to Standard Porta Potty Rental work provided by New York Toilet Pros in Manhattan, NY. The agreed service may include a standard portable toilet, delivery to an approved location, pickup, and servicing if listed in your written quote.

The quote should identify the rental period, placement address, and any included visits. Additional units, hand-wash stations, attendants, special event support, permits, or extra servicing require a separate agreement.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the proposed location is accessible and approved for use. Park events may require NYC Parks special event permits; sidewalk or street placement may require a NYC DOT Street Activity Permit.

Construction sanitation must meet OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, and general-industry sanitation is addressed by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141. New York City Department of Buildings requirements may also apply.

Waste handling must follow applicable NYC DEP Sewer Use Regulations and New York State DEC Part 364 rules. Permits and regulatory approvals are not included unless agreed in writing.

Setting Dates, Changing Plans, and Cancelling

We schedule delivery, servicing, and pickup with you using the dates and access details in the accepted quote. Share the site address, requested placement area, rental dates, and any entry restrictions before confirming. We will communicate the planned service window when arranging the job; timing may depend on route conditions, site access, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Contact New York Toilet Pros as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. Any notice period, cancellation charge, or rescheduling condition will be stated in your quote or confirmed agreement; no unstated fee is created by this section.

Changes to rental length, unit count, location, access, or service frequency may affect availability and cost. We will explain proposed changes and obtain your approval before treating them as additions to the agreed work. A request is not confirmed until we respond and agree to the revised schedule or scope.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment Approval

New York Toilet Pros provides a written estimate based on the information you share, including the rental dates, number of standard units, delivery location, access conditions, and requested servicing. Review the quote for what is included, the rental period, payment timing, and any stated fees before accepting. A quote is not an agreement until you approve it through the method provided by our team.

Payment is due according to the schedule stated in the accepted quote or invoice. We do not promise a particular price or payment arrangement unless it appears in writing.

If site conditions or your request changes the work, we will describe any added cost and seek your approval before proceeding with the changed scope. You may ask questions about a charge by contacting us promptly and identifying the quote or invoice.

Payment does not expand the agreed services or replace permits, approvals, or site access that are your responsibility.

Service Quality and Warranty Requests

New York Toilet Pros will provide the services described in your accepted quote with reasonable care. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, fixed coverage period, or guarantee of uninterrupted availability unless a specific written agreement says otherwise. The quote or written confirmation controls any service commitment that goes beyond the work described here.

Please inspect the unit and placement after delivery when practical, and contact us promptly if the delivered service appears inconsistent with the agreement. Tell us what is wrong, where the unit is located, and how we can reach you.

We will review the concern and explain any available next step under the agreed scope. Coverage or corrective work may not apply to damage, misuse, relocation, blocked access, unsafe placement, or conditions caused by another party, where applicable.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived. A warranty term or remedy applies only if provided in writing and consistent with applicable law.

Responsibility for Losses and Site Conditions

To the extent permitted by law, New York Toilet Pros’ responsibility for a claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits limiting liability.

We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, inaccessible placement areas, or damage caused by others, where applicable. Customers must identify hazards and arrange safe, lawful access.

Each party remains responsible for duties imposed on it by law. Construction sanitation requirements may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, while OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 addresses general-industry sanitation.

Park event use and placement on streets or sidewalks may require NYC Parks or NYC DOT approval. Waste must not be discharged in violation of NYC DEP Sewer Use Regulations; regulated waste transport is subject to applicable New York State DEC Part 364 requirements. This section does not shift a permit or compliance duty where governing rules place it elsewhere.

Questions About These Service Rules

For questions about these terms, your quote, or an agreed service, contact New York Toilet Pros by phone at (844) 402-2049 or email [email protected]. You may also write to Ungar Building, 299 Broadway, New York, NY 10007.

Include your name, service address, and quote or invoice details so we can identify the matter. Do not send sensitive payment information by ordinary email.

We may revise these terms as our policies or applicable requirements change. For an active booking, we will communicate a material update through the contact information on file or in a revised written agreement.

Updated terms apply to future requests after they are posted or provided, unless the law or a written agreement requires another approach. Changes to an existing booking require the parties’ agreement where applicable.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
